Our Internship Program
Our internship program gives students and early-career professionals a seat at the table, whether they're interested in science, innovation, operations, marketing, or business. Interns work on real projects, real client briefs, and real production initiatives alongside the people who've been making the world taste better for more than 35 years.
Schedule Flexibility
Interns are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during our business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). We offer flexible scheduling and work with your class schedule to ensure a successful balance between academic and professional commitments.
- Hands-On Lab Experience
Work directly in our research & innovation, product development, and quality control labs, not on the sidelines.
- More Than Just Science
While many interns work in our labs, opportunities are also available in Marketing, Logistics & Operations, and Supply Chain, providing hands-on experience across the business.
- Dedicated Mentorship
Every intern is matched with a dedicated mentor within their area of focus, providing personalized guidance and professional development throughout the program.
