Allen Flavors is proud to be a member of FEMA, the Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association, the national association of the U.S. flavor industry since 1909.
What does membership mean?
FEMA was founded in 1909. Since 1960, FEMA has facilitated independent, third-party safety assessments of flavor ingredients through the FEMA GRAS program, led by the FEMA Expert Panel. Through FEMA, we stay current on flavor safety science and regulatory guidance.

QAI Organic
USDA NOP CompliantCertified by Quality Assurance International as both an organic handler and processor. This certification enables Allen Flavors to source, process, and deliver certified organic ingredients and finished flavors that meet USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards. Additionally, flavors and most organic ingredients will comply with COR Canadian Organic Certification.

- Formulated to meet TTB (Alcohol & Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) requirements for flavors used in alcoholic beverages.
